Openal.org & repository down again?

It was up, then looking last night, down again, and still down. :(

The repository hasn't been up at all though AFAIK.

Also, why doesn't the list obfuscate the e-mail addresses?  Seems this list 
is prime candidate for spam bot harvesters.
Most list do name@xxxxxxxxx .
