This is true with the sample implementation as well (there is no 
explicit limit on the number of sources).  The best way to handle this 
is to add an arbitrary limit on your loop.  So, you'd generate sources 
until you get the error, or until your limit is reached.  I use 128 as 
my limit, and the SI seems to handle this pretty well.
