        * OpenAL-Sample/src/alc/alc_device.c: correction for an error caused by 
          rc_foreach

        * OpenAL-Sample/src/al_config.c: additional debug messages for
          configuration file, additional logic for config parsing

        * OpenAL-Sample/src/backends/alc_backend_esd.c: modification for
          library name to open depending on Cygwin, MingW or other - not sure 
          if this is totally correct but better that what was there

        * OpenAL-Sample/src/backends/alc_backend_sdl.c: modification for        
          library name to open depending on Cygwin, MingW or other - not sure 
          if this is totally correct but better that what was there

        * OpenAL-Sample/src/backends/alc_backend_windows.c: modification to 
          correct hang and return to a functioning state

        * OpenAL-Sample/admin/autotools/m4/acx_pthread.m4: change to the order 
          it searches for the threads library - almost appears that in Cygwin 
          it quits looking when it sees the none

        * OpenAL-Sample/configure.ac: change to dlfcn.h header dlopen library 
          check because in Cygwin it is in the ltdl library, added 
          test/Makefile to the AC_CONFIG_FILES list
