AL server/lists back up: msg#00040

Subject: AL server/lists back up
The server is generally back up now -- web access, the new Subversion source code repository, the lists... There are definitely some small bugs to work out yet, and Jessie and I have to send out new write-access passwords for the repository, but we're pretty much up and running and the bugs should be worked out over the next few days.
