To explicitly disable ESD. It is enabled by default,on the Solaris build.

Still failing, but with some different compile errors, some similar. 
Looks like something in the installed header files is bogus as it's 
complaining about missing structure definitions in 
/usr/include/sys/resource.h. I'm not sure if this is causing the other 
compile errors or not yet so I'll have to look into why those 
definitions are missing first.
