Hi,
scanning through the linux code I found a reverb routine whcih doesn't
seem to be much liked reading the comments in the source. It seesm
reverb isn't part of the specs but an extension? So I was searching for
some alternative and I found "freeverb" which claims to be a public
domain hq reverb routine. I am no DSP guy, so I don't know whether it
fits OpenAL's needs (eg whether it takes too much computational time).
If there is interest I could try to integrate freeverb into the linux
implementation. One drawack is though, hat freeverb is coded in c++. Is
this already a show-stopper?
Cheers,
