pcsc-lite 1.2.0 final

Hello,

I just released pcsc-lite 1.2.0 [1]. This version is just 1.2.0-rc3 with
the version number modified (-rc3 removed). Is is a _stable_ release so
should be used by anyone.

Report any bugs, problems, etc to [2].

The changelog is just:
pcsc-lite-1.2.0: Ludovic Rousseau

- the 1.2.0 version is the same as 1.2.0-rc3 version
