Another user of CardMan 2020 driver already reported a similar problem.

Just try to:
1. find the first pcscd process id
2. do: "ls -l /proc/pid/fd", replace pid by the process id you found in 1.

The driver seems to be buggy. But since it is proprietary we can't do
much for you. You can try to remove the file /etc/cm2020dbg.conf.

I STRONGLY recommand to use/buy readers that have free software drivers.
If I could I would remove all the non free software drivers from [1].
