muscleframework-1.1.4 (new release)

Hello,

Just to announce the new muscleframework-1.1.4 release [1].
This release is mainly just to link with libmusclecard instead of
libpcsclite when needed.

If you did not upgrade to pcsc-lite-1.2.0-rc2 you do not need to upgrade
your MuscleCard plugins.

muscleframework-1.1.4 contains:
. CFlexPlugin-1.1.2
. libmusclepkcs11-0.0.10
. MCardPlugin-1.0.2
. MusclePAM
