volunteer(s) to moderate the mailing lists

The GSL project needs a new volunteer to help moderate this list.

The existing moderator Jon Drews, who has done great work behind the
scenes keeping spam off the list the past few years, is finishing next
month.

The moderation only requires a few minutes each day but needs to be
done on a regular basis.  Please let me know if can help with this --
