Little fix in boostbook.xml

First, I'm using BoostBook for the documentation of my own code and I like
it very much, so thank you for this great job.

There is small mistake in the doc of BoostBook that prevents to generate the
PDF documentation of the BoostBook tool (html is fine) :

boostbook.xml:110
   <ulink>http://www.doxygen.org</ulink>

Should be :
   <ulink url="http://www.doxygen.org";>doxygen.</ulink>

FOP is not more complaining of a fo::basic-link without
external-destination.
