Hmmm... why not? If we use the back quote to escape from quickbook
to code, why not do the same to escape from code back to quickbook?
I see only one caveat: that I have to disable escaping back again
to code when we are already escaping from code. But if we use the
double tick, then maybe it's ok. So, back to our example:

void ``[@http://tinyurl.com/48x24 foo]``()
{
}

and possibly:

void ``[@http://tinyurl.com/48x24 `foo`]``()
{
}

so `foo` will still be rendered as an "identifier" in the
syntax colorizer/recognizer.

Ok done. To escape back to quickbook from code, you use the
double ticks as noted above.
