Manual page needs to be updated, sorry. They are configurable but not
yet documented. The ldap.conf parameters mirror those in ldap-nss.h and
are:

nss_reconnect_tries
nss_reconnect_sleeptime
nss_reconnect_maxsleeptime
nss_reconnect_maxconntries
