Yes, i totally agree. Guess i'll just ask them and/or get a trial license.

Please let me know when the English version is available online. If the copy
is available in English I volunteer to translate it to Spanish and make it
freely available to anybody. We need to provide the spanish speaking
community access to this useful information. Thanks.

the translation was finished today, but is still pending some final
review by english native speaker. Expect some news in the next couple
of days.
