Subject: [TCLCORE] BeOS port of Tcl/Tk 8.4.1 - msg#00031

Hello,
here are some patches that enables Tcl and Tk 8.4.1 to compile in BeOS.
I hope this is the good place to send this, sorry if it's not.

Note I didn't try to enable multithreading support, as it would need
to use native BeOS threads anyway, maybe I'll look into it someday.

Also, BeOS doesn't use X11 for its GUI, so this patch only deals with
getting tcl/tk compiled, using X11. It does work, but I'm looking
forward to getting a native port :)
