P.S. Perceptive visitors to the site may notice that, for the first
time, Seaside has an official license. As of now, any further
versions of Seaside are released under the MIT license, to do with
(pretty much) as you will. Hopefully this clears up some of the
confusion and uncertainty that's occasionally surrounded this issue in
the past.
