[ANN] SqueakMap Package Loader (0.97)

Now available.

- The menu item for upgrading all packages now works.
- If your image supports dynamic open menus as posted on this list,
SMLoader will now appear in your open menu.
- Various small tweaks.

This will probably become 1.0 next weekend, unless someone shouts.
You're welcome to test the help, including it's extensions on the Swiki,
and if this doesn't satisfy you, say why. Remember this will be the
first thing a Squeaker wanting to load packages will see if he wants
help.
