[BUG] [FIX][?] 3.2 -- showBoundsInHalo preference disables dismiss halo button.

This is still a bug in the shipping version.

The fix (which I think someone else suggested) appears to be to remove 
the method

If you turn the showBoundsInHalo pref on, you can't delete Morphs
 using the dismiss (pink X) halo button.
