The image file will not be created nor installed as part of this - the
package is for the virtual machine only. You cna fetch the image,
changes and sources files from
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/3.2/Squeak3.2.zip &
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/pub/Smalltalk/Squeak/3.2/SqueakV3.sources.gz

inisqueak is, I think, a sort of.rc file for Squeak.
