decided to give a price every year to
some researchers. Everybody can vote or nominate people. Please
propose some names...

AITO has decided to extend the deadline for nominations
of candidates to the AITO Dahl-Nygaard Prize.
Everybody in the community may nominate candidates for the

At ECOOP 2004 in Oslo, it was announced by Dave Thomas that AITO has
decided to establish a prize in the name of the Ole-Johan Dahl and
Kristen Nygaard to honour their pioneering work on object-orientation.
The prize will be given for the first time during ECOOP 2005 in
Glasgow.
