Remove Window Gradients

Hi I am new to Squeak and have been working through
several tutorials on Smalltalk and Squeak but have
not found an answer for this (I've googled for an
answer but I didn't find one for this).


I'd like to remove the right to left color to white
gradients from my windows within Squeak by default.
How do I do that?

I can see that I can remove the gradients from the
menus, but I can't find a setting in the preferences
for removing them from windows.
