Summer of Code: still a little time left for the student applications

Hi all,

this is a friendly reminder to all the students interested in applying
for the Google Summer of Code program.

The deadline has been extended (yes, yet again), and is now Tuesday 27th,
16:00 UTC. So if you still have an application to submit you have a
little time left.
