A true beginner with undo

Hi beginners,

I'm beginning too with Squeak and one of the most important things for à 
beginner is how to undo. So with Etoys and the drawing tool, I can undo 
one level an the only way to do more, is to use the eraser.

Something I misunderstand or is it true ?
