Imam, You might also want to check out Martin's talk on Poor Man's Type Classes (http://lampwww.epfl.ch/~odersky/talks/wg2.8-boston06.pdf) -- if you haven't already (it discusses how traits correspond to type classes and implicit definitions to type class instances, just like you guessed ;-) IIRC, it doesn't mention <% as corresponding to type class contexts, which nonetheless I think is true.) adriaan Disclaimer: http://www.kuleuven.be/cwis/email_disclaimer.htm |
