sbaz not working for me

hello,

i'm on cygwin / win xp.

using: http://lamp.epfl.ch/~spoon/sbaz/sbaz-boot.zip

$ sbaz/bin/sbaz available

sbaz does not appear to be a sbaz-managed directory
