Hi Mandy,
that was because I ripped it from my running rails environment with the save 
function of Firefox.

I just released a new version of the script, which looks a lot better. It uses 
all those nice script.aculo.us effects,
now supports smooth minimizing and maximizing, and has a callback event 
structure.

Please, when you use it, send me feedback like bug reports etc.
It looks slightly funny now because I don't want to donate the skin just yet, 
but changing the images should be no problem.
