New class: DHTML window

Hi list,

i spent the last two days building a window class.
Windows can be dragged, resized, minimized and closed.
The windows are table-less, which makes rendering faster. Also divs with 
overflow:auto don't seem to like dragging.
The class is losely based on the resizable class by Michael Daines, which was 
posted here some weeks ago.
BTW i spent three times more time on CSS tweaking than on JS coding. Damn you, 
IE!
