[Rails I18n] Localizing dates with Globalize. How? (missing date_format)

Hi *,

I'm trying to localize dates with the Globalize plugin but the 
date_format column in my countries table is NULL everywhere. I checked 
to SVN repo and even the latest CSV files don't seem to include this 
information.
Am I missing something here?
