[Rails I18n] Globalize and acts_as_versioned

Is there anybody who had used Globalize and acts_as_versioned together?

What I am trying to do is maintain different versions for a page with 
translations in different languages for each version. Is it possible to 
use Globalize and acts_as_versioned together to solve this problem? Is 
there a better way to do this?
