It looks like a bug with the rubygems packaging. I will try the "normal" 
packaging and tell what the result is (I don't really like those gems 
things in fact...).

I managed to run all the nitro examples except for the flash one. I 
don't know why it didn't work. I have ruby/ming installed and it seems 
to work so it doesn't look like it's coming from here. I will try again.

I plan to take a closer look to nitro and og, and I'm using MacOS X 
right now. If I find anything which seems to not be right, be sure 
you'll have feedback ;-)
