[ANN] Ruby/DBI 0.0.22 (moved to RubyForge)

I released Ruby/DBI 0.0.22.  

Changes:

  * Ruby/DBI is now hosted at RubyForge!!! 

    Please note that after a short period of time, everything on 
    Sourceforge.net will become obsolete (CVS, mailing-lists, BugTracker etc.).

  * DBD for FrontBase is included.
