You can cause RDoc to link to the source code file. For example, see  
the "Full Code" link on
http://phrogz.net/RubyLibs/OWLScribble/doc/index.html
which links to
http://phrogz.net/RubyLibs/OWLScribble/OWLScribble.rb
which was used to generate the HTML.
