I've updated the stdlib HTML pages (the parts with the Introduction,
Status, etc.) and added a link to the (still rough) documentation
ssubmission guidelines.
The guidelines doc is created by grabbing the published version of the
Writely doc. The HTML is munged using Hpricot (really sweet lib from
_WTLS) and written out a a local page. (I haven't cron'ed that part
yet; should go do that now.)
So, those editing the Writely doc, when you publish the document it
should become available on ruby-doc.org automagically.
