They link directly to the main page that would otherwise appear in the bottom frame. Doh! A little more sleep would have helped me to realize that. Sorry for the noise.
But the stdlib files are generated with a different process, and I may have generated that side index a bit differently.
If you do decide to re-link the stdlib files (maybe with 2 indices: by file and by class), let me know. Or will the changes automatically appear in the sidebar?
