Well, I've started with net/http, adding the missing pieces of
documentation, cleaning up some of the wording to make it clearer,
indicating departures from the RFCs, and so on. I've sent context diffs
to the e-mail address listed in the file for the maintainer, so fingers
crossed.
Now working on uri. I've found two bugs--is there a bugzilla or anything
for reporting Ruby bugs? Or should I just e-mail the library maintainer?
