Any reason that rss isn't in the docs?

Also, what would be the approach to writing the tutorial info at:

into the rss/rss.rb be?

Is that appropriate, to have tutorial style info in the stdlib docs?

I think its useful, and I notice Test::Unit has a great tutorial.
