Oh, OK. I thought we had our own copy so documanetation could be
changed before being accepted and "set in stone", but this prevents
duplication, DRY and so forth.

For the archive: The CVS details are here:

http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/20020106.html

(at the moment, anyway) and the access seems to be thusly

$ cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/src login
(Logging in to anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
CVS password:  (anonymous)
$ cvs -z4 -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/src co ruby

<OT note="well, it's still documentation, but...">
Incidentally, the page talks about access to 'www' as well as 'src':
Anyone here allowed to commit to that? The page presently says that
Dave Thomas is in charge of Rubicon, but he has told me he has
passed it to Chad Fowler, who tells me Ruby is moving towards a test
framework integrated within the distribution, so Rubicon will be
less important with time.
</OT>
