Too long and involved for a summary, I think.  It more or less stays
on topic: in what directories should built-in, system-wide, and user
documentation be installed?

Yes, very exciting!  I look forward to playing with it.  Xmas is a
busy (social) period, though.  I just came home from the Sydney Ruby
Users' Group Christmas Special Meeting; a good night was had by all
(7).
