New stdlib docs ready to publish

I haven't been able to get to you via email (is jbritt@xxxxxxxxxxxx an
address you check?), so hopefully this medium will work.

I've uploaded a new tarball and zipfile for the stdlib docs.  It's
version 0.8.0, and most of the CSS problems are sorted out.

Could you publish this on the site, please?
