stdlib doc v0.7.1 - please review

I've uploaded ruby-doc-stdlib-0.7.1.tgz, James.  Can you please unpack
it.  The directory inside is 'stdlib', not 'ruby-doc-stdlib-0.7.1'.

This is a great improvement over the previous one.  There's still some
tampering with fonts and colours to do, but this is a good enough step
forward for now.  Please give your thoughts on how in looks and how it
could be improved.
