You still have the DOS file format issue.  I notice vim says it's 
"dos,unix", but obviously there's still too much of the former, because 
the help comes out exactly the same as it did before and testrj gives 
the "no such interpreter" error message.
Now, I'll go and try to fix that and see if things work a little better ...
