Interesting Error - No space

At first glance, this one looks obvious.

 ** svn: Can't open '/var/www/html/shared/cached-copy/<path>/
file.php.tmp': No space left on device

But, there is plenty of space on the target device.

This only happens to me when I try to use the

set :deploy_via, :remote_cache

Method of deployment.  Anyone have any thoughts?  It's not really a
space problem.  Permissions looks okay.  The seven times I deployed
this before things went quite well.  What gives?  Is this something
silly I hope?
