options for gateway are re-used for the given server

Hi All,

All the options provided when connecting to the gateway are re-used when connecting through to the server behind the gateway. I was wondering whether that is wanted behaviour. I would suggest each needs it's own options. I.e., the initialize method of class Gateway would need to receive two sets of options.
