Capistrano Documentation: Update

Sorry to keep this up in the air for so long, but things have  
been...hectic...this week. So, I'll select and announce the  
documentation coordinator next week, I promise.

I've responded to almost everyone that has expressed interest in  
helping out, but there have been a few (especially in the last couple  
of days) that I've not yet gotten to. I apologize if I've kept you  
waiting. I'll reply as soon as I can.
