Manage demo and production environment

Hi,

I have functional Rails development environment with capistrano 2.1
deployment to production server. What I need now is to setup another
set of servers in Rails production mode but for demo purposes.

I would like to be able to do something like this:

cap demo:deploy

cap demo:deploy:restart

cap production:deploy

Is it possible and if it is what is best approach?
