Composite Windows: msg#03028lang.realbasic.user
Hi all, I'm using Composite Windows on OS X 10.3.2 pretty extensively in an application I am working on. In general this has been working OK, and when it does draw correctly, it looks rather swanky (that means good, for my american peers.) The problem I'm having is that when some controls are updated in a window, the rest of the controls disappear and only the updated control shows up. Is there any known technique for updating controls in a composite window to ensure that they're drawn correctly? Should one avoid updated individual controls and update the whole window instead? (This seems slow in my experience so far). -- James Milne - - - Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
