You will of course see a continued decline in demand for Classic applications, since all new Macs now (except low end eMac and G4 Tower) no longer have the ability to boot up into OS9. You need to gauge what your target audience is. If your users are from the Graphics Design, Sound/Music, or Education fields, you should be prepared for the fact that a lot of people in these fields still use OS9 or earlier.
