RB2006r1 Win - smooth font in the listbox

Hello,

I am trying RB2006r1 for Windows.

How do it show smooth font in listbox when global smoothing is turn
off?

In IDE it present too - Project tab, MenuBar1, Property/Value table.

How to fix?
