LibXML 1.56 with what libxml2?

Hi,

I've tried building several versions of libxml2 (from source) to try to
get them to work with XML::LibXML 1.56...  libxml2-2.64, 2.63, 2.62, then
back to 2.5.11 and then finally back to 2.5.9.

The 2.5.9 tests out the best, so far (although not completely cleanly,
but over 99% with the LibXML tests).

Is there anything that works 100%? (and is that important)?

I'm trying to get a "simple" server installation that will work for simple
XML parsing with my web based school administration program... (and that
others can install...)

...or should I look at Xerces?
