XML::DOM::XPath

Hi,

As I was busy re-using XML::XPath from XML::Twig, it hit me that this
could also be done for the venerable XML::DOM...

So here it is: XML::DOM::XPath http://xmltwig.com/module/xml-dom-xpath/

It needs more testing, and it does not support namepsaces at all (to the
point of refusing to deal with prefixed names), but that should come soon.

Does this sound like a good idea?
